We have kept job posting simple, one price and unlimited job postings.  Companies can add their social media details, their logo and even their company colours.  We are not interested in showing your job vacancies to everybody, just the people who are experienced, qualified and ideally located to fill your advertised role.

JobApp doesn’t work like a job board, when a job is posted on our platform, we use intelligent algorithms to identify job seekers who have the relevant skills and experience to fill your vacancy.  We then send your job vacancy direct to their job stream, at which point they will receive a notification, it is then up to them if they wish to reply.

When you choose to post a job vacancy, the poster can choose to only send the vacancy to those persons who match their requirements or it can also be opened to all job seekers.  If a job vacancy is opened to all job seekers, it does not go in to their job stream, it will instead be posted to our job list.  Job Seekers will not get notification when a job is added to the job list.
