Job Seekers

No, when you first use JobApp, it will ask you a series of questions,  These questions allow us to match you with job vacancies and build your digital profile.  We do not ask you to create an account online or to create a username and password.  This is because you do not need to login to use JobApp.

No we do not store any personal information in our databases, we believe in protecting your identity.

No, not at all, your location is never made available to anybody or stored anywhere.  You and your device can not be tracked using JobApp.

No not for Job Seekers, we do not and will never charge Job Seekers to search and apply for job vacancies.

Yes of course, when setting up your account for the first time, you will have the option to add recovery information, this means that you will be allowed to add your account to a new phone.

Yes your Digital Profile can be downloaded as a pdf, so that you can use it to send for job Vacancies outside of JobApp.

No we can’t see your personal information, the app controls and secures your identity and then talks to our servers, your personal information is never stored online and there fore we can not access it or see your details.  

Yes, JobApp is labeled as a digital Recruitment Assistant and uses Speech Recognition so that you can interact with the app and ask questions.  For example, if you wanted to find a retail assistants job in London, you would simply say  “JobApp, retail, London, 20,000 Per year”.  JobApp would then return any matching job vacancies.

Yes, you can ask JobApp to find job vacancies based on towns, counties or postcode, you can even give JobApp a search radius to concentrate on.

Job Posters

No, we don’t do special offers or promotions, because our pricing is already highly competitive.  £99 is our pricing plan and there are no plans, short term or long term to change this.

NO, we do not offer premium services, and besides that the job vacancies displayed to our job seekers are based on suitability and are not displayed to just anybody.

No, JobApp provides a unique and simple user experience and we feel displaying third party adverts would simply disrupt, what we are trying to achieve.

Yes, when you post a job vacancy, we  use our technology to identify the job seekers with the relevant, skills, experience and qualifications.  Your job posting will then be added to their job stream and they will be notified of the vacancy.

Yes of course.  When posting your job vacancy, you can choose to show it to all job seekers.  When you do this it will be added to our general job list, which shows all job vacancies relevant or not.

Ideally yes.  We proivde a very afforcable service compared to our competitors, for example, posting unlimited jobs for the whole year on JobApp is cheaper than posting ten jobs for one month on Total Jobs.  We are able to keep our pricing affordable by offering our service on a subscription based service.

If you want to post a single job, and you are a small company then contact us, and we will work with you to get your job posted.

Yes and no firstly you need to be a company, initially we will also be limiting the number of Job Posting accounts to just 4,000 per year, this is a small number based on the size of the industry, but we feel it is sensible to grow our company slowly and to ensure that we deliver the level of service that both job seekers and job posters expect.

Yes, in our ATS, which job seekers post their job vacancies through we provide a range of real time statistics, so that you can better understand the performance of your recruitment campaign.

The jobApp Applicant Tracking System is only available to those companies who have an account with us and it is completely free of charge.

Yes, each branch would need their own JobApp account.

Yes, in our ATS, which job seekers post their job vacancies through we provide a range of real time statistics, so that you can better understand the performance of your recruitment campaign.

Yes, our ATS is packed with tools and features that you would expect to find in any Applicant Tracking System and just like with our app, we have made the most of technology to provide a unique and unmatched platform.

Currently no, in order for us to provide the statistic information and to provide our way of allowing our job posters to interact with our job seekers, we wouldn’t be able to offer the same level of quality to other job posting platforms and so for the time being no.

Yes all of the information in your account can be downloaded in as CSV files so that it can easily be imported to other platforms.

Yes our ATS has the ability to allow its job seekers to upload their data in to our platform.

There is no setup limit, by default the system will allow the account holder to create up to a maximum of 10 user accounts.  we know that this number will be to small for some companies and so they can simply ask for that restriction to be lifted.

Yes we have a number of security features that are pre installed and can be activated by the account holder.  These restrictions are designed to minimise who can access what data, from where and even when.  We take data theft very seriously and so in addition to providing a number of tight security features, we also monitor systems for unusual activity and flag anything that looks suspicious to the account holder whilst freezing that particular user account.

The answer is yes, though it is more of an extension to our ATS, you can also receive alerts and notification about your job vacancies as well as manage your account.  If you are the account holder you can also access and manage your users access and activity.

CV Database

Access to our CV database costs £199 per month, again this is based on a 12 month contract.

No our CV database is unlimited, and so you can download as many CV’s as you need, however there are restrictions to stop companies from mining our databases using software.
